UK Regional Portfolio Build
Compass entered the UK regional market in 2010 with one property. The portfolio has grown to 15+ hotels through a combination of new management contracts and operator acquisitions — all outside London.

Bangkok Airport Corridor Expansion
Compass identified the Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airport corridors as structurally undersupplied at the midscale tier. Six Citrus and Citin hotels were opened in the corridor over five years.

Colombo Entry via Management Contract
Compass entered Sri Lanka through a management contract with a local developer — zero capital deployed, full operational control from day one. The Ananda Spa concept launched in the same property.
