Prabhat Lal

Chief Executive Officer

Prabhat has led Compass Hospitality since 2008. He joined the company as COO after 15 years at IHG across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Under his leadership, Compass has grown from 12 to 47 hotels across four markets. He is based in Bangkok.

Sarah Whitmore

Managing Director, United Kingdom

Sarah leads the UK regional business from Leeds. She joined Compass in 2012 after a decade with Whitbread and has built the UK portfolio from two properties to 15+. She is the primary point of contact for UK hotel owners considering a management partnership.

Chatchai Worasakul

Chief Operating Officer

Chatchai oversees day-to-day operations across the Thailand and Malaysia portfolio. He has been with Compass since 2003 and knows the company's operational model better than anyone. Prior to Compass, he held general management roles at Marriott and Centara.

Ananya Krishnamurthy

Chief Revenue Officer

Ananya runs the central revenue management function that serves all 47 properties. Her team manages OTA relationships, rate strategy, and the group's GDS connectivity. She joined Compass in 2016 from a revenue management consulting background in Singapore.

James Barclay

Director of Asset Management

James advises owners on capital deployment, hotel valuations, and performance benchmarking. He works closely with the operational team to ensure the management company's P&L decisions align with long-term asset values. He is based in London.

Dr. Nalini Perera

Head of Wellness — Ananda Spa

Nalini leads the Ananda Spa concept globally. She trained in Ayurvedic medicine in Kerala and has 20 years' experience developing spa programmes for hotel companies. She is responsible for treatments, product curation, and therapist training across all Ananda Spa outlets.
